Xác nhận đăng ký nhận biến động (VA Notify)

API này dùng để xác nhận việc đăng ký nhận thông báo biến động số dư (VA Notify) sau khi đã khởi tạo yêu cầu qua API register-notify. Bước này thường yêu cầu mã OTP được gửi từ phía ngân hàng để hoàn tất quy trình.

Xác nhận yêu cầu đăng ký bằng confirmId và mã OTP (nếu có). Sau bước này, tài khoản ảo sẽ chính thức được kích hoạt thông báo biến động.

`otpNumber`	string	✕	Mã OTP nhận từ ngân hàng.
