Lấy danh sách tài khoản nhà cung cấp

API này cho phép lấy danh sách tài khoản nhà cung cấp hóa đơn điện tử, hỗ trợ lọc theo nhà cung cấp, trạng thái và phân trang.

Truy vấn danh sách tài khoản nhà cung cấp hóa đơn điện tử theo điều kiện lọc.

isDefault	boolean	✕	Lọc tài khoản mặc định.
isActive	boolean	✕	Lọc tài khoản đang hoạt động.
