Core APIs that let partners manage virtual accounts (VA), handle debit/credit transactions, and perform in-depth financial reconciliation.

Before you start

• Base URL: https://uat-open-api.tingee.vn (UAT) · https://open-api.tingee.vn (PROD)
• Authentication: Every request must include the x-client-id, x-request-timestamp headers and the x-signature signature (HMAC SHA512). See Get your API key & generate the signature.
• Result: The API always returns HTTP 200; check the code field (00 = success). See Error codes.

Standard integration process

1

Create a virtual account

Call the create-va API to create or link an account number. The result returns a confirmId used for the verification step.

Verify the OTP

Call the confirm-va API with the confirmId (plus otpNumber if the bank sends an OTP to the account holder) to complete the linking.

Register for balance notifications (some banks)

For banks that require separate registration, such as ACB, call register-notify and then verify the OTP via confirm-register-notify.

Receive webhooks & reconcile

Receive transaction notifications via Webhook and use the transaction/get-paging API for periodic reconciliation.
