Webhook Notifications

Tingee Webhook is a push notification mechanism that lets your server receive transaction data instantly whenever a balance change occurs, so you no longer need to call an API to check the status (polling).

⚡ Real-time response

Receive order notifications almost instantly after the system records a successful transaction.

🛡️ SHA512 security

Every payload is signed with SHA512. Only webhooks with a valid x-signature should be processed.

🔄 Retry mechanism

Automatically resends up to 5 times if your server responds with an error or times out within the allowed time.

Signature verification

TINGEE uses HMAC-SHA512 to sign the content:

Verify this signature on your side to make sure the data is valid.

Implementation notes

• Idempotency: Use the transaction code to avoid processing the same transaction twice when you receive a webhook retry.
