Cancel debit notification registration

Use this API to cancel a debit transaction notification registration created with the Register for debit notifications API. If the account is also registered for credit notifications, the credit registration is kept.

Process

1. Call this API to send the cancellation request. ACB sends an OTP to the account holder's phone number, and the result returns a confirmId.
2. Call the Confirm account deletion API with the confirmId and otpNumber to complete it. The confirmId is valid for 4 minutes.
