E-invoice

The E-invoice API group lets Merchants issue electronic invoices (e-invoices) directly from the TINGEE system through the supported providers: XCyber, HiLo and SInvoice.

Before you start

• Base URL: https://uat-open-api.tingee.vn (UAT) · https://open-api.tingee.vn (PROD)
• Authentication: Every request must include the x-client-id and x-request-timestamp headers and the x-signature signature (HMAC SHA512). See How to get an API Key & generate the signature.
• Result: The API always returns HTTP 200; check the code field (00 = success). See Error codes.

PUBLIC SANDBOX — E-INVOICE

View and try issuing standard Vietnamese VAT invoices from 4 providers: SInvoice, HiLo, XCyber, Viettel.

Flow

1. Call List providers to see the supported providers.
2. Call Create / Update account to connect your e-invoice provider account.
3. Call Get invoice templates to see the invoice templates registered with the provider.
4. Call Create draft invoice or Create and issue invoice, depending on your needs.
5. Call Download invoice to get the PDF, or Send invoice email to the buyer.

Note

The provider and taxCode fields are optional for invoice operations — if you omit them, the system uses the default account.
