Payment Gateway

Tingee's payment gateway solution lets partners easily integrate a wide range of payment methods (VietQR, ATM card, Pay-by-Bank) into their website or app through a single payment link.

Before you start
  • Base URL: https://uat-open-api.tingee.vn (UAT) · https://open-api.tingee.vn (PROD)
  • Authentication: Every request must include the x-client-id and x-request-timestamp headers and the x-signature signature (HMAC SHA512). See Get an API key & generate the signature.
  • Result: The API always returns HTTP 200; check the code field (00 = success). See Error codes.

With the payment gateway, Tingee provides a ready-made, optimized payment interface that reduces risk, strengthens security and improves the user experience.

PUBLIC SANDBOX — PAYMENT GATEWAY

Try the end-to-end payment flow: VietQR, Pay by Bank, ATM — see Web, Mobile and SDK side by side.

Key features

  • Fast integration: Just call the API to create a payment link; the customer is redirected to Tingee's secure payment page.
  • Multiple methods: Supports many payment methods on a single interface.
  • Customizable interface: Configure the payment page to match the Merchant's brand identity (logo, colors...).
  • Automatic reconciliation: Payment status is notified automatically via Webhook (IPN) as soon as the customer pays successfully.

How it works

  1. Create a payment: Your system calls the Create a payment link API to get a Checkout URL.
  2. Redirect: Redirect the user to the Checkout URL you received.
  3. Payment: The customer pays on Tingee's payment gateway page.
  4. Receive the result:
    • Real time (Webhook): The Tingee system sends a Webhook (IPN) with the payment result to your system.
    • Interface (Return URL): After completion, the customer is redirected back to your website/app via returnUrl (with basic status parameters).

Client-side SDKs

Besides the traditional redirect flow, Tingee provides client-side SDKs for multiple platforms to optimize the customer experience and avoid interrupting the shopping journey:

  • Web (Frontend): Integrate a popup (modal) directly on your web page with the Web UI SDK.
  • iOS Native: Embed the payment screen or a bottom sheet directly in your Swift/SwiftUI app with the iOS Native SDK.
  • Android Native: Integrate a native payment interface via an AAR file in your Kotlin/Java app with the Android Native SDK.
