Get the account authorization URL (BIDV only)

Query Parameters

role	string	✓	Role of the account to authorize - Maker: Account that creates disbursement payment orders - Checker: Account that approves disbursement payment orders
returnUrl	string	✓	URL the user is redirected back to after signing in and authorizing successfully on BIDV (TINGEE redirects to exactly this URL, without adding any parameters).

message	string	Response message.
data	string	URL to redirect the user to the BIDV authentication page. The authentication session tied to this URL is only valid for about 5 minutes; after that, call the API again to get a new URL.
