Automatic disbursement flow
The automatic disbursement flow is a minimal, fast transaction processing flow. The partner does not need to go through the multi-level security authentication steps of Maker/Checker; it only needs to send the payment order information to the bank / e-wallet through Tingee's APIs to have it processed immediately.
This flow currently applies to VietinBank and the BaoKim e-wallet.
Flow characteristics
- Payment orders are processed immediately (Straight-Through Processing).
- No draft-saving step and no approval via OTP/SmartOTP.
- Suitable for businesses that need high transaction throughput and full automation.

APIs in the flow
In the automatic disbursement flow, you only need these core APIs:
- Create an automatic disbursement order:
- Pass all the disbursement order information as described in the API documentation. The system accepts it and pushes the transaction to the bank / e-wallet for processing.
- Query batch / transaction status:
- Use it to check the transaction status periodically when the initial result is Pending (PENDING).
