Direct Debit

Direct Debit is a payment method that lets partners automatically debit a customer's bank account after receiving valid authorization. It is the ideal solution for recurring billing, subscription renewals or automatic bill payments.

Before you start

• Base URL: https://uat-open-api.tingee.vn (UAT) · https://open-api.tingee.vn (PROD)
• Authentication: Every request must include the x-client-id and x-request-timestamp headers and the x-signature signature (HMAC SHA512). See Get an API key & generate the signature.
• Result: The API always returns HTTP 200; check the code field (00 = success). See Error codes.

Transaction limits

Under the general rules of the linked banks, the Direct Debit service applies these limits:

• Maximum per bill: 2.000.000 VNĐ
• Maximum per day: 5.000.000 VNĐ
