Query transaction status

Use this API to query the status of a transaction.

Use it when you want to query and sync transaction details for customer accounts registered for the Direct Debit service.

Get the detailed status of a specific transaction by transactionId (the transaction ID on the TINGEE system).

message	string	Detailed message.
data.transactionId	string	ID of the debit transaction on TINGEE (the requestId you sent when calling Pay a bill).
data.subscriptionId	string	ID of the linked bank account.
data.tokenRef	string	Reference code of the customer's account.
data.bankBin	string	Bank BIN.
data.customer	object	Customer details: name (account holder name), phone (phone number), email (email, if any).

Common error codes

1067	Subscription not found	Check that subscriptionId and tokenRef are correct and belong to the Merchant calling the API.
1118	Debit transaction not found	Check that transactionId belongs to the given subscriptionId / tokenRef.
