Delete a disbursement payment order you created (Maker)

Body Parameter

`bankBin`	string	✓	Bank BIN. Currently only 970418 (BIDV) is supported. The API uses the BIDV authorization session of the `Maker` role.
`actionType`	string	✓	Disbursement order type - `INTERNAL_TRANSFER`: Domestic transfer - `SALARY`: Salary payment - `BILL_PAYMENT`: Bill / statement payment
`ids`	array	✓	List of transaction IDs to delete. - `INTERNAL_TRANSFER`: the `records[].transactionId` values returned by Create payment order; every ID must be a transaction created through TINGEE — if any ID is not found, the whole request is rejected. - `SALARY` / `BILL_PAYMENT`: the `data.transactionId` value (batch-level transaction ID).

`data.listIdSuccess`	array	Transaction IDs deleted successfully. IDs not in this list failed to delete.

Common error codes

Code	Description	How to handle
`1111`	The list of transaction IDs to delete is empty	Pass at least one transaction ID to delete.
`1077`	The BIDV authorization session has expired or has not been granted	Call Get authorization URL (`role = Maker`) to re-authorize, then delete again.
`1021`	The bank is not supported for this API	Check `bankBin`; this API only supports BIDV (`970418`).
`90`, `91`, `92`, `97`	Request authentication error (timestamp, client-id, signature)	See System error codes.
`Others`	Other errors	See Error codes.
