Get the list of recipient banks used when creating disbursement payment orders

x-request-timestamp	✓	Time the request is sent (format: yyyyMMddHHmmssSSS, UTC+7)

Query Parameters

Field	Type	Required	Description
listTypeTransfer	number	~	Filter recipient banks by transfer type - 1: NAPAS 247 fast transfer - 0: Standard interbank transfer - 2: Both types Required for BIDV (the API currently only supports BIDV).
bankBin	string	✓	BIN of the sending bank. Currently only 970418 (BIDV) is supported.
role	string	~	User role: Maker or Checker (uses the BIDV authorization session of that role). Required for BIDV.

Common error codes

Code	Description	How to handle
1077	The BIDV authorization session for the role has expired or has not been granted	Call Get authorization URL with the correct role to re-authorize, then call the API again.
1021	The bank is not supported or bankBin is missing	Pass the BIDV bankBin (970418).
90, 91, 92, 97	Request authentication error (timestamp, client-id, signature)	See System error codes.
